Bridal Make-up
Having worked with hundreds of brides with looks ranging from very natural to full-on glamour, I have learnt that every bride is completely unique. Each one as individual as you. Whatever you have in mind, we can create a look that will make you feel confident and beautiful. To create that natural and flawless finish I mainly use Clinique make-up. By having your make-up applied by a professional make-up artist your look will last all day long.
What happens at the Make-up Trial?
The trial is essential for the bride. It will ensure that you are 100% happy with how you are going to look on your wedding day and that the preparations run as smoothly and calmly as possible. It will last around two hours depending on how many people are at the trial. Mums and bridesmaids are also welcome.
At the trial we will chat about what kind of look you would like to achieve for your wedding day make-up, what make-up you normally like to wear and the style and colours of your dresses. I will then apply the make-up and we can fine tune the look it until we get it just right. We can then make the final arragements for my time of arrival on the wedding day. A deposit of 50% of the fee is payable at the trial.
What happens on the Big Day?
On your wedding day I will arrive at the time and place agreed and start to apply make-up on members of the bridal party. I prefer to save the bride's make-up until last to ensure that the make-up is as fresh as possible for the wedding ceremony. Make-up is done after your hair as heat from the hair appliances can make you flushed. I will then finish the make-up once you're dressed and will stay to ensure everyone is looking perfect before I leave. Payment of the remaining balance is payable on the wedding day.
